We handle all your personal data in line with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and directly applicable regulations of the European Union, primarily Regulation number 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of natural personal data as amended by Act No. 480/2004 Coll. and in line with regulation article 13 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 signed on 27th of April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation on certain Information Society Services and on changes of some laws in accordance with later regulations.

In the following text we will introduce you to the form in which we process your personal data, for what purposes we process your personal data and who are the administrators of personal data provided by you. Who is the administrator of your personal data?

198 00 Praha 9, registered in the Public Register kept by the Regional Court in Prague, Section C, insert 56383, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR, to process the personal data as administrator under the conditions mentioned below.

As personal data administrators, what type of data do we process?

Processing personal data – name, surname, phone number and e-mail address is enabled by article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Regulation – the data processing is necessary to enable us to take measures agreed prior to signing of a contract on request of the subjects of the data. It is important to process this data in order to enable communication between yourself and the administrator.

When is it not necessary to agree with personal data processing?

It is possible to process your personal data even without your agreement but only for the following purposes:

  • Filling out a contract the subject of which is providing a service or a product.
  • Fulfilling our legal duties that we are bound by in general legal regulations. 
  • Processing as part of authorised concern (for example for direct marketing, ensuring safety and protection of life).

For what purposes do we process personal data and for how long?

The data may be used for commercial and marketing purposes, for example for maintaining user database, web pages and for offering products and services for the duration of the legal reason for this type of processing and making use of personal and other data. In other words, your personal data is collected for the purposes of informing you on our services and news. Read on to learn for what purposes we process the individual data according to where it is filled out. 

Ordering a product – personal data input when ordering goods or services may be used without your expressed agreement in order to fulfil a contract meaning to deliver the product or extending that service. We may further process such data in order to fulfil our legal obligations (especially for record keeping obligations, archiving of tax documents etc…) and for the purposes of protecting our legal claims. 

We may use identification and address data in accordance with the so-called rightful interest for the keeping of internal statistics. We use anonymous information from such statistics for the purposes of improving our services including the analysis of our customers’ behaviour and marketing. Personal data acquired through Cookies files is processed based on your agreement to do so (which you may grant us by clicking the agree icon on our web interface once you have been alerted to the fact that our website uses cookies and have had a chance to acquaint yourself with the rules of use). We are entitled to process data acquired through Cookies files even in case that you continue using our web interface once you have been informed about the data processing. Personal data acquired through Cookies files are used for the purposes of user support, improving our services including the analysis of user behaviour and marketing.

How is my data protected?

We attempt to maximally protect all personal data that we process from leakage and theft. For that reason, we limit manipulation with your personal data (copying, moving or accessing) just for the absolutely necessary purposes to which you have authorised us or where legislation so permits. Furthermore, our website is equipped with HTTPS protocol (valid SSL certificate) to enable encrypted connection between the web and the user due to which the possibility of a leakage or theft of personal data during transfer of data (registration, signing in sending the questionnaire etc.) The web pages are placed on safe servers of this company: Fortion Networks, ltd. ID number: 26397994, based at Božkovská 307/9, Plzeň, 326 00, registered under the Regional Court in Plzen under file name C 17708.

Who has access to personal data?

Processing of personal data is done by the administrator under the GDPR however the data may be processed on behalf of the administrator by the following processors:

  • Software provider ANT studio ltd., IČ: 29113229, based at Slovanská alej 2182/30, 326 00, Plzeň, registered in the Public Register kept by the Regional Court in Plzen, section C, insert 25698.

Potentially we may authorise other processors or persons to process personal data (for example those providing transport services or other persons partaking in fulfilling the contract and our obligations), however, only in the scope that is absolutely necessary to fulfil the obligations we are bound by in the contract. We do not let any other persons or parties handle personal data. Personal data and other information are fully secured against misuse. The personal data shall be processed in an electronic format via an automated process or in a printed format via a non-automated process. Your personal data shall not be passed to countries outside the European Union. 

What are my rights concerning personal data protection?

  • To request information from us on which of your personal data we are processing.
  • To request explanation from us regarding your personal data processing.
  • Request access from us to your personal data being processed and have the data updated or corrected.
  • Request from us that your personal data be deleted.
  • Request personal data transfer.
  • Right to be informed on security breach pertaining personal data in some cases.

You may, at any time, make a complaint pertaining your personal data processing or regarding the administrator not fulfilling his obligations as stipulated in the GDPR to the Office for Personal Data Protection based at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00, Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

In line with regulation § 89 act number 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications we hereby inform you that our web pages use for their functioning the so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that may be used by websites to enhance user experience and make it more effective. The Act states that we may save cookies on your device should these be absolutely necessary for the functioning of the website. For all other types of cookies, we require your consent. What types of Cookies are there?

Generally, it is possible to split cookies, or files temporarily saved in the browser, into two categories. Those that are saved only temporarily and serve on the web or e-shop to facilitate its use (for example remembering goods placed in the shopping basket, the viewed product, closing a pop-up window etc….). These temporary cookies enable saving of information while browsing among websites and as such eliminate the need or repetitive input of some data.
